Return policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, up to 14 days after receiving. After cancellation, you once again have 14 days to return your product. We then will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return of the product from your home to our address are for your own account. Please refer to your carrier’s website for exact rates. 

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the original condition and packaging.

We then will refund the order amount within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that we have received the return of the product in the original condition and without any damage.

In the unlikely event there is an issue about the quality of the artwork or it is not the artwork ordered, Ingrid Elias Botanical Art will endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Please contact us at info@ingridelias.nl to explain your specific queries.
